Broderick Tower redevelopment in the works!
detroitcousin: Motown Construction Partners announced that project financing has been secured and work is set to begin right away on reviving the 34-story Broderick, which has sat empty and dark since 1988. The $50-million project is to wrap up in September 2012 and is to include a restaurant, lounge and 127 apartments. -http://buildingsofdetroit.com/
